03-27-2013 DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act) – Oral arguments at the United States Supreme Court. Roberta Kaplan represented Edie Windsor pro bono. She won the case on June 26, 2013, with a 5-4 decision declaring Section 3 of DOMA to be unconstitutional.
